Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara Review

Hello Everyone,

Today I am reviewing Essence Make Me Brow eyebrow Gel Mascara for you guys today. Let's see how it fared out.

Product Description - Proud brows! The Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara has a tinted gel formula that contains tiny fibers to fill in gaps to create fuller, more defined eyebrows. The perfectly sized fiber brush shapes and tames to brow perfection. Not tested on animals.

Price – 2.99 USD/ 2.49 €

Packaging – The packaging is pretty similar to that of mascara but it is quite tiny in size. The tube is colour coded which makes it easy to locate.

Performance – The Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel in shade Browny Brows 02 is a taupy brown shade. The shade is quite a nice match for my brows. I think it will be suitable for medium to dark skin tone gals. The formula feels like that of gel mascara and it contains fibers as well. Consistency of this thick but not to thick that it feels gloopy. The brush on this is really teeny tiny and I love that about this product, it makes it so easy to work precisely and get all those tiny hair coated evenly. You can easily layer it on top of other brow products or can use it on your own. I usually first fill in my brows with my favourite KIKO eyebrow pencil and then layer it with essence eyebrow gel to add a bit more colour and texture to it and plus it keeps everything in place. On lazy days I simply brush through my brows and just use the eyebrow gel and they look like that I have put an effort to do them. This is not something that will give you bold brow look on its own. It gives more of a well defined look and the tint definitely helps. I think people who have fuller brows and still need something to make them look even better will like it more. If you have sparse brows or bald patches then this alone will not suffice. It keeps everything in place and provides decent hold but not like they won’t move whole day and the best thing is it doesn’t make them crunchy or stiff.

The Good:

  • So affordable
  • Compact packaging
  • Available in two shades
  • Makes your brows look well groomed
  • Adds a bit of colour and makes your brows look thicker.
  • The brush makes the application so easy.
The Bad:

  • Availability
  • Limited shades.
  • Wish it was slightly more tinted.
I think if you wanted to try a tinted brow mascara then you should definitely try this out. This is so affordable that you can’t go wrong with this one.

Hope you liked this post!!
