Hello Everyone,
Today I am reviewing Essence Lipliner in 06 Satin Mauve with you guys. I hauled it on my trip to Berlin. You can see the haul post here.
Product
Description:
Intensify
those lips! Define lips beautifully with this smudge-proof and long-lasting lip
liner. Available in 6 defining shades.
Price: 1.99 USD
Packaging:
Packaging is simple
nothing fancy. It comes in a colour coded wooden pencil.
Performance: Essence
Lipliner in 06 Satin Mauve is a
dusty mauve shade with brown undertones. The lip pencil is creamy and smooth
yet firm at the same time. It is easy to apply and go on smoothly without tugging
or pulling of any sorts. It is quite forgiving even if you have dry lips and does
not accentuate lip lines. Very pigmented and quite opaque and will be able to
cover pigmented or discoloured lips. Staying power of this is amazing as well.
It easily last for 5 -6 hours on me with snacking and drinking, fades from the
middle of the lips after a meal and needs a touch up. On it’s own it looks a
bit flat on me so I prefer wearing a lipstick on top of it or a gloss. It goes
great with all the pink/ mauve lipsticks I have and even works fine under the
darker shades.
The
Good:
- Creamy and smooth
- Very pigmented
- Does not settle into fine lines
- Very affordable
- Covers pigmented or discoloured lips
- Doesn’t dry out your lips
The Bad:
Beautiful shade, smooth texture, great staying power and really
affordable. What’s not to love? I highly recommend these and if you can definitely
try these out. I would love to get other shades as well.

long lasting colour. Dermatologist tested.
Price – 6.78 USD
Packaging – Packaging is simple nothing fancy. Black glossy wooden pencil with a
colour coded bottom.
Performance – Deborah Milano 24 ORE
Lip Pencil in 02 is a very pretty
muted soft pink. These lip pencils are creamy and smooth yet firm. This just
glide on your lips without tugging or pulling of any sorts. They are quite
forgiving even if you have dry lips. But I would say prep your lips for better
results. Does not accentuate lip lines. Very pigmented and the opacity of these
is such that they can cover pigmented or discoloured lips. Staying power of
this is amazing as well. It easily last for 5 -6 hours on me with snacking and
drinking, fades slightly from the middle after a meal and needs a touch up. I
like wearing it on it own or over a lip balm but I love wearing it with a transparent/
nude gloss on top. This goes great with any pink/nude lipsticks.
The Good:
- Creamy and smooth
- Very pigmented
- Does not settle into fine
lines
- Nice shades
- Covers pigmented or
discoloured lips
- Doesn't dry out your lips
The Bad:
Beautiful
shade, smooth texture and great staying power. I really like this and if you
can do try them out.

Hello
Everyone,
Today I am
reviewing the H&M Lip Colour To Go
in Bonne Vivante. I was so unsure about these and whether I am going to like them or not. If you have been reading my blog (Thank
you!! I love you.) then you know that I really like the eyeliner reviewed here and the lipgloss reviewed here a lot. So let’s see how this one fares out.
Product Description - A
lipstick pencil with a pleasant, moisturizing formula that delivers great color
results. Available in a variety of forms with transparent, matte or creamy
finish. The pen width makes it easy for a makeup on the go.
Price – 7 USD
Performance – H&M Lip Colour To Go in Bonne
Vivante is a warm medium toned rosey pink shade with slight
purple undertones. I could be totally wrong about purple undertones so please
let me know if you see slight purple undertones or not. Nonetheless it is a
very pretty shade and is on the lines of MLBB shade. Perfect for everyday wear
and looks great even with a smokey eye look. It is really velvety smooth and
just glides on your lips. No pulling or tugging at all. Quite moisturising as
well. Finish of this is something I really like apart from it being a creamy
formula it doesn't look to shiny or glossy on the lips. It doesn't settle into
the lip lines or accentuate them. Very pigmented
and the opacity of these is such that they can cover pigmented or discoloured
lips. It is not transfer
or kiss proof but staying power is decent. It can last easily for 5 -6 hours
with slight fading in the middle and it can withstand a meal and is not
completely wiped off but you definitely need to touch it up for that perfect
look. If you use a lipliner then the wear time definitely improves. The only
point of concern with this is the fragrance, it smells like sweet candies and
the smell is quite strong. Personally I don’t mind it and I don’t sense it once
I have applied it. But if you don’t like scented stuff then it could be an
issue for you. I would recommend to try it out in store before buying it.

The Good:
- Creamy and smooth
- Moisturising
- Pretty shade
- Doesn't settle into fine lines.
- Decent staying power
- Covers pigmented or discoloured lips
- Affordable
The Bad:
- Fragrance might be a concern
for some.
Love the
colour, formula and pigmentation of these. Have decent staying power as well. I
highly recommend them and if you can do try them out.

Hello Everyone,
Today I am
reviewing H&M Lush Lip Vinyl in
Tuscan Blush. I really liked the way H&M new line looks but was really
sceptical how they are going to perform. I am so happy with the eyeliner you
can read all about it here. So let’s see how this one fares out.
Product Description - A liquid
lip gloss with a luxurious, lacquered finish in many striking colours. A non-sticky-formula
makes it easy to apply. 2 ml. To do this: Apply directly, or after lip primer.
Price: Approx 9 USD
Packaging: It comes
in a transparent tube with a golden screw on lid. Has a doe foot applicator.
Performance: H&M Lush Lip Vinyl in Tuscan Blush is
pretty pinkish nude shade, perfect everyday shade. There are four
shades available in this range. H&M Lush Lip Vinyl are very moisturising,
creamy and smooth. They are quite thick in consistency and feel more like a
liquid lipstick than a lip gloss. They are thick but not gloopy or sticky and
don’t settle in lip lines. Very pigmented and
the opacity of these is such that they can cover pigmented or discoloured lips.
They are very creamy so you can’t expect them to be transfer or kiss
proof. As far as staying power goes it can handle light drinking and snacking
but not meals. It stayed put for 3 -4 hrs with little drinks but after a meal
it was completely gone but you can still feel the moisturising effect on your
lips. If applied over a lip pencil or a lipstick staying power definitely
improves.
The Good:
- Very Moisturising
- Creamy and smooth
- Pigmented
- Doesn’t settle into fine
lines.
- Affordable
- Covers pigmented or
discoloured lips
The Bad:
- Limited shade range.
- Staying power is not great
Love the
colour, formula and pigmentation of these. Not a huge fan of the staying power
but it’s not that bad as well. Personally I don’t mind reapplying it.
