Today I am
sharing with you guys my most worn lipsticks in the recent times.
Maxfactor
Colour Elixir Intensifying Balm in Voluptuous Pink – I love the ease of using
this. Just slap it on and you are good to go. It is a goof proof product IMO
plus it is so moisturising on the lips. It is on a sheer side but still is
decently pigmented. Feels more like a balm. Reviewed here
Revlon
Super Lustrous Lipstick in Lush Lilac – This is my all time favourite lipstick
and the most loved one. It is almost over so I am saving it until I find a
backup of this one. This is one lipstick I think goes with every look and
whenever I am unsure I go for this one. Love it.
H&M Lip
Colour To Go in Bonne Vivante – I love the rosey pink shade and it is a perfect
MLBB shade for me. This is another shade I think goes with every look and is
perfect for everyday wear. Very pigmented and lasts for 5 - 6 hours. Reviewed here
Oriflame
Colour Attraction in Cranberry – This shade has a bit more pink in it in
comparison to H&M one. So if I am in a mood for pink lips then I go for
this one. It’s still quite a subtle shade and I love that. Feels very
moisturising on the lips and staying power is decent as well.
L’Oreal
Glam Shine in Pomegranate Punch – If I want a bit brighter bolder lip then I go
for this shade. It is a bit darker than rest of the shades but still quite wearable.
I generally shy away from bold lips and don’t think I can pull it off. This
shade fulfils the bold lip urge of mine. Love how easy to use it is and how moisturising
it is. Not a fan of the lasting power. Reviewed here
Hope you liked this post!!

Hello
Everyone,
Today I am
reviewing H&M Eye Colour To Go in
Fairytale for you guys which I hauled a while back here. I wanted to get something glittery for the upcoming festive season and this one caught my attention. Let's see how this one fared out.
Product Description:
A
water-resistant eyeshadow and eyeliner in one. Available in a range of vibrant
colors and effects, the creamy texture is blendable for tug-free application.
The convenient jumbo pencil is great for travel or as part of your handbag
essentials. 0.06 oz. How to use: Apply on your lash line and/or eyelid
depending on your desired effect. Blend gently with a brush or your fingertip.
Price: 5.99 USD
Packaging: It is a
sharpenable plastic eye pencil with colour coded bottom. It is bit difficult to
sharpen it due plastic body.
Performance: H&M Eye Colour To Go in Fairytale is
a frosty shimmery pink shade. The moment I swatched it in the store I fell in
love with the shade and had to get it. But the love affair didn’t last for
long. The shade is really pretty but the formula of these is bad. To start with
they go on very patchy, if you try layer it up it tends to cake up. Colour pay
off isn’t great either on application it looks very glittery and the pink
colour doesn’t show up that much. On blending it just gets wiped off completely and you’re left with
glitter particles on your lids. Lasting power is not that great either it creases pretty badly. And after 2 hours it starts fading and disappearing unevenly and is not at all a pretty sight. I am so disappointed with this
product.
The Good:
The Bad:
- Goes on patchy
- Colour pay off is not great
- Poor staying power
- Creases badly
Whatever
products I tried from H&M Makeup line till now worked out great except this
one. Shade was really pretty and if it had better formula this would have been
an awesome product. Let me know if you have tried this and what do you feel about
it.

Today I am
reviewing H&M Colour Essence
Eye Pencil in Grand Cru which I hauled last month here. Such a stunner shade. The moment I swatched it in the store I knew I wanted this in my life and couldn't wait to get home and try it out. Did my excitement last? Is it as good as others? Let's see.
Product Description: A richly
pigmented eyeliner pencil with soft and creamy formula. It is easy to apply and
sit all day. The pen is available in a variety of intense shades with different
effects - from matte to metallic, pearlescent and glittery. 1.2 g. How to use:
apply along the lashline and smudge then to the desired results.
Price: 5.7 USD
Packaging: It is a
sharpenable plastic eye pencil with colour coded bottom. It is bit difficult to
sharpen it due plastic body.
Performance: H&M
Colour Essence Eye Pencil in Grand Cru is a glittery Champagne Gold shade . It is a perfect shade for going out or party makeup. It is not a very subtle shade but neither does it look tacky. If you like glittery/shimmery shade then this is right up your alley. I am not a huge shimmer fan but I like it from time to time if I am going out for a party or during the festive season. If I am feeling it then I use it all over my upper lash line otherwise I prefer using it as an inner corner highlight or just lining the inner 1/3rd of upper or lower lash line and it is great for that. It just instantly brightens the area. I tried using it as a brow bone highlighter but on blending it just leaves shimmer behind which not a very good look. Texture of this is buttery soft and creamy. Goes on so smoothly without any tugging or pulling. It is packed with pigment and just one swipe does the job. Staying power is amazing once set it stays put. Doesn't budge. That’s not it there’s more, It did not get transferred to
my upper eyelids and I have super oily eyelids and is almost smudge proof. Almost
smudge proof? It doesn't get rubbed off completely with slight touching or
rubbing, just fades a little. Just for trail purpose I have used it on my waterline as well and it
does not irritate my eyes at all. It is nowhere mentioned if it waterproof or
not. Taking it off is slightly tedious because it is a glittery eyeliner so I had to go in second time with my eye makeup remover to get rid of the glitter completely. The formula is creamy so the
tip loses it shape very quickly and you have to sharpen it to maintain a pointy
tip. If you are someone who likes thin precise liners then you would not like
this.
The
Good:
· Amazing staying power
·
Does not transfer
·
Smudge Proof
·
Nice shades
·
Did not irritate my eyes
·
Texture is really creamy soft
The Bad:
·
Lose it shape too quickly
·
Sharpening leads to product
wastage
Absolutely beautiful shade. Love it. This eye
pencil has amazing staying power and it does not budge. Texture
is soft and smooth. Highly recommend them. I already have three shades from this range and eyeing few others so that says all. If you can definitely try these out.

Today I am
reviewing H&M Colour Essence
Eye Pencil in Wildlife which I have recently hauled from H&M New Makeup Collection
you can see what all I got here. The colour is really pretty and it swatched

Colour Essence Eye Pencil in Wildlife is a khaki/mossy green shade
with golden shimmer. Texture of this is soft and creamy and goes on smoothly without any tugging or pulling. It can be smudged easily and you have a
little room to play around but if you smudge it too quickly or put too much
pressure while doing so it sheers out. It is well pigmented but still I like to
go over twice to get the desired intensity of colour. Staying power is amazing
it stayed put for the whole day on my upper eyelids with slight fading by the
end of the day nothing major. It did not get transferred to
my upper eyelids, once set it didn’t budge and is almost smudge proof. Almost

Hello
Everyone,
I was feeling so proud of myself because I finished up all
those products that I treated myself by buying some new products. To some it
may seem as an excuse to buy more stuff but in my head it makes total sense. So
I am going with it..
Here’s what
I got:
- Garnier Micellar Cleansing
Water – Read a lot of good things about this so I wanted to give a try
plus it’s so affordable in comparison to Bioderma. Love how easy to use micellar water are and perfect for when your feeling lazy but still have to cleanse.
- Formula 10.0.6 Picture
Perfect Day Daily Moisturiser with SPF 15 – I was looking for a simple
fuss free moisturiser with SPF and which is more pocket friendly. After
doing some browsing I picked up this one. I have never tried anything from
this brand earlier. Like the packaging of this.
- H&M Nail Colour Remover –
Ran out of last one and I was in the store saw this one and picked it up.
- H&M Colour Essence Eye
Pencil – I really liked the Lovely Lilac and since then I wanted to pick
up more shades. And this time when I was in the store I picked up two more
shades in Wildlife and Grand Cru.
- H&M Eye Colours To Go in
Fairytale – It’s a eyeshadow in a chubby stick form. It is such a pretty
shade and I love how easy to use eyeshadow sticks are.
Hope you
like this post!!

Hello
Everyone,
Today I am
reviewing the H&M Lip Colour To Go
in Bonne Vivante. I was so unsure about these and whether I am going to like them or not. If you have been reading my blog (Thank
you!! I love you.) then you know that I really like the eyeliner reviewed here and the lipgloss reviewed here a lot. So let’s see how this one fares out.
Product Description - A
lipstick pencil with a pleasant, moisturizing formula that delivers great color
results. Available in a variety of forms with transparent, matte or creamy
finish. The pen width makes it easy for a makeup on the go.
Price – 7 USD
Performance – H&M Lip Colour To Go in Bonne
Vivante is a warm medium toned rosey pink shade with slight
purple undertones. I could be totally wrong about purple undertones so please
let me know if you see slight purple undertones or not. Nonetheless it is a
very pretty shade and is on the lines of MLBB shade. Perfect for everyday wear
and looks great even with a smokey eye look. It is really velvety smooth and
just glides on your lips. No pulling or tugging at all. Quite moisturising as
well. Finish of this is something I really like apart from it being a creamy
formula it doesn't look to shiny or glossy on the lips. It doesn't settle into
the lip lines or accentuate them. Very pigmented
and the opacity of these is such that they can cover pigmented or discoloured
lips. It is not transfer
or kiss proof but staying power is decent. It can last easily for 5 -6 hours
with slight fading in the middle and it can withstand a meal and is not
completely wiped off but you definitely need to touch it up for that perfect
look. If you use a lipliner then the wear time definitely improves. The only
point of concern with this is the fragrance, it smells like sweet candies and
the smell is quite strong. Personally I don’t mind it and I don’t sense it once
I have applied it. But if you don’t like scented stuff then it could be an
issue for you. I would recommend to try it out in store before buying it.

The Good:
- Creamy and smooth
- Moisturising
- Pretty shade
- Doesn't settle into fine lines.
- Decent staying power
- Covers pigmented or discoloured lips
- Affordable
The Bad:
- Fragrance might be a concern
for some.
Love the
colour, formula and pigmentation of these. Have decent staying power as well. I
highly recommend them and if you can do try them out.

Hello
Everyone,
August is
gone and with yet another month gone, its time to share the monthly favourites
with you guys. In August there
were few products that really stood out and I have been reaching for them on
daily basis.
Here they are:

- Avon Nailwear pro in Loving Lavender – This year I have been really liking lavender/purple shade. This
is another favourite of mine and is a perfect pastel lavender shade.
Love it!! Review here
- H&M Lush Lip Vinyl in Tuscan Blush –
Perfect everyday shade for me and I love the formula of these. Very creamy
and moisturising. Read the full review here
- H&M Lip Colour To Go in Bonne Vivante – I love love this shade and I feel this goes with any kind of
makeup look you are doing. Looks good with smokey eye look as well as no
makeup makeup look.
- Sleek Blush by 3 in Pumpkin – I
have been using this blush palette for the whole month and like it a
lot. Will do a review on this soon.
- Loreal Lumi Magique Light Infusing Foundation – This is one of my favourite drugstore foundation and whenever I
want to dewy looking base I go for this. Fall begin just around the corner
I will be using this more.
- Maybelline Color Tattoo in On and On Bronze – All time favourite cream eye shadow and something I have
repurchased again and again. Looks great on its own and works as a perfect
base for powder eye shadows.
Hope you
liked this favourites post.

Hello Everyone,
Today I am
reviewing H&M Lush Lip Vinyl in
Tuscan Blush. I really liked the way H&M new line looks but was really
sceptical how they are going to perform. I am so happy with the eyeliner you
can read all about it here. So let’s see how this one fares out.
Product Description - A liquid
lip gloss with a luxurious, lacquered finish in many striking colours. A non-sticky-formula
makes it easy to apply. 2 ml. To do this: Apply directly, or after lip primer.
Price: Approx 9 USD
Packaging: It comes
in a transparent tube with a golden screw on lid. Has a doe foot applicator.
Performance: H&M Lush Lip Vinyl in Tuscan Blush is
pretty pinkish nude shade, perfect everyday shade. There are four
shades available in this range. H&M Lush Lip Vinyl are very moisturising,
creamy and smooth. They are quite thick in consistency and feel more like a
liquid lipstick than a lip gloss. They are thick but not gloopy or sticky and
don’t settle in lip lines. Very pigmented and
the opacity of these is such that they can cover pigmented or discoloured lips.
They are very creamy so you can’t expect them to be transfer or kiss
proof. As far as staying power goes it can handle light drinking and snacking
but not meals. It stayed put for 3 -4 hrs with little drinks but after a meal
it was completely gone but you can still feel the moisturising effect on your
lips. If applied over a lip pencil or a lipstick staying power definitely
improves.
The Good:
- Very Moisturising
- Creamy and smooth
- Pigmented
- Doesn’t settle into fine
lines.
- Affordable
- Covers pigmented or
discoloured lips
The Bad:
- Limited shade range.
- Staying power is not great
Love the
colour, formula and pigmentation of these. Not a huge fan of the staying power
but it’s not that bad as well. Personally I don’t mind reapplying it.

it stayed put for the whole day on my upper eyelids with slight fading by the
end of the day nothing major. I was so surprised because pencil eyeliner
doesn’t last that long on me, I have quite an oily eyelids and I was not
expecting that this would last this long. I would have been happy if it stayed
even for 4-5 hours. That’s not it there’s more, It did not get transferred to
my upper eyelids, once set it didn’t budge and is almost smudge proof. Almost
smudge proof? It doesn’t get rubbed of completely with slight touching or

H&M has launched a brand new selection of H&M Makeup this year ranging in prices from $2.99 to $24.99. It's not only makeup, H&M also has haircare, bodycare and beauty tools. H&M new line has over 700 beautifully packaged makeup and beauty items and this line has replaced H&M's previous collection and it feels more premium and luxe than the earlier one.
I had no plan of buying makeup but when I saw the new line in H&M stores I was so intrigued by it. The packing looks luxe and they have a wide variety. Such a huge difference from their previous make-up line. After admiring the look and packaging of the line, swatching marathon began and there were many things I liked and wanted to try but I was a little skeptical also that it was sort of difficult to zero down on what to pick up first. But I really wanted to get few things from the line so after all the swatching and lot of contemplating I picked up three products.
Here they are:
Colour Essence Eye Pencil in Lovely Lilac - It is a bright lilac shade and I have nothing like this in my stash. So I thought this would be a nice addition.
Lush Lip Vinyl in Tuscan Blush - It is a pretty pinkish nude shade and would be perfect for everyday wear.
Lip Colour To - Go in Bonne Vivante - From swatches it looked like a perfect my lips but better shade.
Will try to review them soon with swatches. Do let me know if there is anything you would like me to review first.
Are you planning to get something from this collection?
